Since 2003 we have been developing bespoke fruit and confectionery sauces, preparations and fillings for dairy, desserts, plant-based and bakery manufacturers.

We believe that taste is what connects us, and we take pride in inspiring our customers through quality, sustainable products and strong partnerships.​

From fruit compotes and curds to rich, creamy caramel and chocolate sauces, we provide innovative product solutions that meet modern consumer demands for tasty, quality products.

We pride ourselves on our versatility and flexibility – we develop new products for each of our customers and accommodate smaller, bespoke requirements wherever possible.​ We have had long-standing partnerships with many of our customers and pride ourselves on offering a personal yet professional service.

Since 2023, we have been a part of the Meadow group. Meadow is an expert in the dairy, confectionery and plant-based industries and the essential ingredient in many favourite food brands.
